Minecraft is a videogame where you can let you imagination like mine let free and build and do whatever you want.

Minecraft was made by Swedish creator Markus Persson. The game is an independent sandbox-building. Minecraft has gotten popular and has received great reports like A+ from 1up.com and best downloadable game of 2010 from Good Game. The game takes place in a world that you get to name made out of 3D pixilated texture cubes that you get to “harvest”( harvest means to hit an object either kill it or break it and keep it to use later) and do whatever you want with them.

Minecraft has three modes of play there is survival mode where you are take the surrounding resources and survive by keeping your health and hunger up. Creative mode is where you have unlimited resources, can fly which is awesome and now hunger. Then the last mode is HARDCORE mode which is like survival mode but everything is extremely difficult and no respawn ability (Respawn- the ability return or spawn to a certain point after you die). Also in survival mode you can create tools, weapons and anything you need to survive. To keep your hunger and health up you need to go out and “harvest” meat and cook it. At night you are recommended to stay in some shelter to protect yourself from MOB’s like spiders skeletons, enderman, and creepers and many others.

My opinion of the game is that it’s awesome I can do whatever I want like if I want to smack zombies with a sword or dig to the bottom of the earth I can and people should play it or they can watch Toby “Tobuscus” Turner play it on YouTube and because of Minecraft he has a job entertaining people with his videos and popularizing.

Converse

Converse is a popular shoe that has dominated the shoe business with their iconic design and their sponsors.

Converse was created by Marquis Mills Converse who started the Converse Rubber Shoe Company in Malden Massachusetts in 1908. Hey made rubber winterized shoes for men, women, and children and 1915 started making athletic shoes.

The company took a major turn in 1917 when the Converse All - Star shoe came out. In 1921 Famous basket ball player Chuck Taylor became a salesman and promoter of the shoe and in 1923 he added his signature All – Star patch.

During World War II Converse started making protective gear for the military. In 1970 Converse bought the rights to famous bad mitten player Jack Purcell sneaker. Also in the 70s took a turn for the worse because with new competitors like Nike, Puma, Adidas, and Reebok converse had to file for bankruptcy. Then Mardsen Cason and Bill Simon bought the company and turned it around and made converse the number 7^th shoe in America.

Throughout the year’s converse started making different types like the originals Chuck Taylor and Jack Pucell there are others like the Weapon, low cut, one star, and the John Varvatos. Converse has also added glow in the dark, extra – high tops and the extra, extra – high tops but they have also had special editions that sponsor different bands and brands like DC comics, Dr. Suess, jimmy Hendrix, AC/DC, and the Gorillaz.

Converse has gone through good and bad times but they are still widely popular and there still around and that would help too.

The poem "Where the sidewalk ends" has metaphoric traits like "And there the sun burns crimson bright". this poem makes me feel why would they end the side walk.

Mother to Son by Langston Hughes shows that life isn't easy and you cant expect everything to be handed to you like what the mother said  Life for me ain't been no crystal stair. it also shows that every one lives a posh life in the suburbs or a nice city.  It's had tacks in it And, splinters, And boards torn up, And places with no carpet on the floor -- Bare. That sentence means that her life has hit dead ends and bumps (Or crashes) but she kept going and that her son should to.

Rules of the road

What if you had to run away from the things you knew, the family you knew, and the way you lived. Jenna tried to run away from her father and Mrs. Gladstone has to give up the ways she raised he son. “Rules of the Road” by Joan Bauer is about overcoming challenges in your life 

Jenna Boller is a teenage girl who can sell anything at Gladstone shoes and shes happy to. But Jenna’s happy to go to work to get away from everything but mostly her father and his problems. One day Jenna’s boss Madeline asks her to drive her to Texas Jenna only wants to go to get away from her father. After the trip Jenna got the courage to stand up to her father’s drinking problem because of Harry’s death. She said to him “I can’t be with you unless you change because seeing you so out of control, seeing you wasting your life is too hard for me. I can’t pretend like you don’t have a problem you need help, Dad! You’re an alcoholic. There’s help everywhere for what you’ve got. Bu you’ve got to want to get it”. Jenna’s dad denied everything she said and said that he could handle it but she didn’t believe that.

Madeline Gladstone is a manager of an above average shoe company who has to deal with her age, company, and her son Elden. After Mrs. Gladstone retires her son Elden is planning to take over Gladstone shoes and sell it off to a way more successful business because of all the money they make off of their cheaply made shoes. Mrs. Gladstone hears about this from all of the store owners and some like it but she WON’T tolerate it. Gladstone shoes dose get taken over but Mrs. Gladstone gets hired as the quality control representative of shoe warehouse.

There are many challenges in your life. Like running away from your past or giving up your ways but you can overcome it.

Hunger Games pradiction

What if the world you knew it was divided up into 12 districts with many restrictions and every year two kids from each district to fight to the death The Hunger games by Suzanne Collins is about leaving everything you knew and being forced to literally fighting for your life.

 The "Hunger Games" is about Katiss and Peeta who are two teenage kids from district 12 who are chosen to fight to the death in the Hunger games. They are both sent off to the the capital Panem to train for the games with their coach and only winner of district 12. after their training they are to show off their skill in front of the gamemakers then they go to a conference on there last day before the games.The day of the games everyone from each district meets up at the cornucopia  and wait for the signal to begin. After the signal every one runs off in every direction. Through out the games many die and only a few are left. and that's everything up to now.

I predict that Katniss and Peeta live through it and win and go back to district 12 with their families rich and living in victors village. I also think Katniss and Peeta will actually fall in love because after spending so much time together in the cave they will have stronger feelings for each other.

What if one day your working at your job and your boss comes up to you a teenager who has just learned to drive asks you to take her or him all the way to Dallas, Texas. Rules of the road by Joan Bauer shows that you can be responsible for your self.

Rules of the road in about sixteen year old Jenna Boller who works at Gladstone's shoes in Chicago.She is one day asked to leave Chicago to take her boss Madeline Gladstone asks her to take her all the way to Texas. Jenna agrees to go for the reasons  of to get a bunch of money and to get away from her alcoholic father and everything.

I predict that Jenna will make it to Texas with Mrs. Gladstone  because she is tough and is learning how to handle the road.. Also I think that Mrs. Gladstones son Elden wont take over the company because the good guy always wins. I also think that Jenna will confront her father about his drinking and try to make him stop to make his and everyone elses life better.

Days of rain and blood

It was 2059 and it was a cold rainy night in the the small city of Pabajer located in the marsh land alaskabama and it has not stopped raining since December 27th 2058. No one has left their house before then in fright of the red rain killers and the blood filled city and only the best are still alive.

Hey I am Lucas and I m one of the last few survivors along with Aaron, Cecil, Wallace, Alex, Ash, Christine, and Hazel. I want the out side world to know what has been happening here because its been a living hell for everyone. It has been two years since we had any peace in this city since the rain started falling and the blood drenched monsters showed up but we call them the red rain killers. we call then the red rain killers because the showed up a week after the rain started and have been killing everyone and making the whole town red. the red rain killers are savage beasts that will kill and will kill anything that moves. all we have learned about them is that they have super sonic attacks, they are blind, can hear the quietest whisper and their only attack is the thrashing of their claws.

Yesterday was the one  year anniversary since the the rain started. no one knows how it started but all i know it that it started a week after the whole forest with the best fishing spot was closed off and when it got really cold in the afternoon and really hot at night.

We are running out of food so me and Aaron, Ceil, and Ash have to go into town to find food but i suggested we hunt so we dint get killed but everyone said if we go into town we could find more people and kill a bunch of red rain killers but I think that its a bunch of crap.

We found a bunch of food and a survivor his name was Robert but he got cut and was bleeding and a red rain killer found him and killed him but we still got the food and I also got the full wrath of  the killer down my ribs and on the way back we were chased by some killers down the city streets into a dark rancid smelling alley full of a bunch of peoples blood and ash kept barfing from the bodies and the stench.

I'm still stuck in bed watching life go by slowly and listening to the now annoying sound of the rain hit the window but while I was sleeping Aaron and Wallace caught two red rain killers and Christine our scientist is trying to find the weakness so we could kill the faster.

I'm still stuck in bed and I have the worst headache and my entire body is stiff. I want to walk around but Alex says if I do I will rip open and bleed out on the floor so I stayed in bed. Also Christine found out the killer's weakness it was UV light and we are also planning to search for a bunch of UV light bulbs and ambush them at the meat packing plant.

I can finally walk around now but it still hurts. Also I know that  I never told you the readers anything about us well I'm Lucas West and I'm 17 and 89 pounds my true hair color is blond but I dyed it black because I was sick of the blood spots on my hair and a sophomore before the rain I would work part time ant my uncles shop catching fish and studying electronics and ways to fight and now I work on security and and I can take down MMA fighter size killers. Aaron Knight is my best friend he is also 17 he was a gamer and knows everything about tactics and guns but now hes does battle strategies and gun modifications. Cecil Fox is a fifty year old man but we also sometimes call him I (spelled in roman numerals) because he was the first of us ten but now eight because Dan and Caitlin were killed but we don't know what he did and he wont tell so I'm leaving it at that. Wallace Blu is in his mid twenty's and is average guy that has a super crazy weird/ psycho side that will kill anything if he sees blood. Ash is 20 and can act tough but shes the complete opposite before the rain now after she saw her parents ( Dan and Caitlin ) killed and eaten in front of her she rarely talks and looks depressed and angry. before the rain she worked at the mall but now she does recon. Alex Winters is 15 and is the complete opposite of Ash for some reason she always has a smile I think it is because she thinks that we might make it out alive but before the rain her mom thought her to be a nurse and is the group nurse. Christine Evergreen is 29 and is the smartest person in the group so we made her scientist. Hazel Lake is 10 and really doesn't do anything and minds her own business so we leaver her alone but one time she broke one of her toys and started crying and Aaron said get over it and threw it away  but she didn't like that so she went over to the trash can and picked it up fixed it looked at us with possessed looking eyes and hurled it at Aaron's face and knocked him out and gave him a concussion.

Yesterday me, Hazel, and Ash did some recon in the forest and you would thing their would be nothing in their you're so wrong every step you take blood filed water surrounds your foot and Hazel kept clutching to Ash. When we reached the hidden base we were ambushed by red rain killers and I was the first to attack with my spiked iron knuckles and I punched one so hard it flew into another and hit the wall of the base leaving a indent then I took out my UV lights and held them really close to their face that the melted off onto the ground. two went after Ash but she fended off one with her steal mallet but the other one smacked her across the field and Hazel fell to ground and got the look in her eyes and before I knew it all the killers lifted into the air and imploded and pieces and blood flew everywhere.

Cecil and Aaron were in the conference room all day planning a way to kill all the red rain killers. After 3 hours of yelling and drawing they brought the rest of us in and said that we are to hit all the stores and tanning shops in the fifteen mile radius that we are allowed to go to find more UV lights. before we all got ready to leave Cecil told us IF WE GO FURTHER THAN THE FIFTEEN MILES YOU WILL DIE and we left prepared to die.

Yesterday I was teamed up with Wallace and I was a little freaked out because what if he killed me if he was in psycho mode so I asked him and he said that he won't kill me and I believed him. We hit four stores and found 53 UV bulbs until we passed a few bodies in puddles of blood then he went crazy and smashed some bulbs and eat them and I had to lift him into the cart and sprint ten miles back to the tower to pick out the shards of glass from his oozing throat with him awake. we pulled them out and my hands had gashes all over my hands.

Today were are heading to the meat factory to set up for tomorrow and we have be careful not to get caught and killed and the whole place is creaky especially on the roof and I have t set most of it up witch is lame because if i make one wrong step I'm screwed.

Today is the big day were going to kill 90% of the red rain killers and the rest will fall into place. we are heading there right now and theirs nobody or anything the entire way so I'm able to right. well were hear this might be my final entree so I want to say is if you find this it must be over or your one lucky man and also I for some reason think everything has happened for a reason.


The fight

We all climb onto the roof except Cecil who was setting up the plugs. On my count he flipped the switch and lit up all the light that hanged from the ceiling. from the out side all you could hear is agonizing screams and about 30 dozen ran out unsuspecting us to ambush them but they heard us land on the ground and charged at us we all dodged except Haze who was knocked back and hit the wall of the factory and was knocked out. We continued to fight I took on 20 who circled around me. I punched,cut ,and slashed through them with precision and ease with my extra sharp bladed steal knuckles and watched them drop down onto the blood splattered sidewalk and then I spotted a group of killers heading over to Hazel so I ran over the crimson blood pooled bodies over the Hazel picked her up. She them woke and made the red rain killers lifted into the air and made them implode along with 50 others spread across the area leaving everything and everyone soaked in blood and pieces of their bodies. Ash is taking on anyone that happens the collide with her mallet. Ash spins around and around with her mallet out smashing in the red rain killers heads in to each other and crushing their skulls killing them instantly. Cecil is slashing everything that cuts in a straight 2x2 line decapitating them at the waist with his scythe.Aaron upon the roof knocking down  the red rain killers with one shot in the head with his serrated arrows leaving a hole from where it entered and exited with speed and force. off in the distance all you hear is yelling and grunting from Wallace who I think is loving ripping them to parts one by one and laughing hysterically. Christine is smart enough that she can take down and kill a red rain killer with one punch into the neck and they drop like fly's and its working so good that she only has minor scratches. Alex slaughtering all of them with her chainsaw it is a nonstop picture of blood and tissue spewing out over and over. after a day of doing this stuff it came to a end or that what we thought but we were wrong a giant red rain killer that looked like a dragon combined with Godzilla came out of the ground and and we attacked over and over again for an other day and after that we were able to chop it up into tiny chunks and all the blood streamed down the streets and went down the sewer that led to a over flown river with banks that were ready to burst.

Well I'm alive and it was a two day long fight and we killed them all and the rain stopped and I finally say what me and everyone else looks like in the actual light. Now everyone in our group is heading to the Patbjer tower and one by one people started to emerge into the bright shining sun and no I'm mad because no one else thought of trying to take the red rain killers out.

Dead Mans Path (P.O.V. Micheal Obi)

Wow my life is going great I'm young, married, and i have my dream job of being a headmaster of a school. everyone looks up to me and I can look down to everyone and they would have to respect me because i am Micheal Obi.
“We shall make a good job of it, shan’t we?”
“We shall do our best,”
"We shall have such beautiful gardens and everything will be just modern and delightful…”
“All our colleagues are young and unmarried,”
“Which is a good thing,”
"Why?"
“A penny for your thoughts, Mike,”
 “I was thinking what a grand opportunity we’ve got at last to show these people how a school should be run.”
Ahhhh I did a good job so did Nancy with the gardens i like the bushes the flowers and the old lady walking on then wait that intolerable.
“It amazes me,that you people allowed the villagers to make use of this footpath. It is simply incredible.”
“The path, appears to be very important to them. Although it is hardly used, it connects the village shrine with their place of burial.”
“And what has that got to do with the school?”
 “Well, I don’t know, But I remember there was a big row some time ago when we attempted to close it.”
“That was some time ago. But it will not be used now, what will the Government Education Officer think of this when he comes to inspect the school next week? The villagers might, for all I know, decide to use the schoolroom for a pagan ritual during the inspection.”
Okay that's done now lets see them get bast my sticks and barbed wire.

Three days late after Micheal was summoned by the town priest to talk about the path.

“I have heard, that our ancestral footpath has recently been closed…”
“Yes,We cannot allow people to make a highway of our school compound.”

“Look, here, my son, this path was here before you were born and before your father was born. The whole life of this village depends on it. Our dead relatives depart by it and our ancestors visit us by it. But most important, it is the path of children coming in to be born…”
“The whole purpose of our school, is to eradicate just such beliefs as that. Dead men do not require footpaths. The whole idea is just fantastic. Our duty is to teach your children to laugh at such ideas.”

“What you say may be true, but we follow the practices of our fathers. If you reopen the path we shall have nothing to quarrel about. What I always say is: let the hawk perch and let the eagle perch.”
“I am sorry, But the school compound cannot be a thoroughfare. It is against our regulations. I would suggest your constructing another path, skirting our premises. We can even get our boys to help in building it. I don’t suppose the ancestors will find the little detour too burdensome.”
“I have no more words to say,”

Two days later a woman in the village died from child birth

Oh no every thing is ruined everything is destroyed and the supervisor is coming.
“tribal-war situation developing between the school and the village, arising in part from the misguided zeal of the new headmaster.”

what i think about Micheal Obi is that he is to arrogant to listen other peoples beliefs and make do with what has been there long before he was there and is appreciated and cherished by everyone and he suffered from it by getting fired
